握住手中的幸福~~~: a meaningful day for me...

today i waked up at 5am to join an meaningful activity....i went to b a volunteer of tzu chi（慈济）....dis is the 2nd time i join their activities...but this is the 1st time i be a part of them...i had learn a lot from this society...especially how to be thankful....today is a memorable day for everyone....because today is...感恩日，众生日，慈济43周年纪念日...so there was a 浴佛典礼at Chung Hwa High School....these what i learnt today...

填不满的鼻下横。。。
人们永远填不满的，就是【鼻下横】---嘴巴。。。
从小到老，不知道吃了几车盐。。米。。
还有人一天四五餐。。。甚至满汉全席。。。
不论吃多少。。到底增加了什么？？
Consider the bottom slot under the nose....
It is always impossible to fill...
The bottomless horizontal slot under one's nose...
From infancy to old age,incaculable carts of salt and rice one has consumed...
Some take four or five meals a day or even the Emperor's Banquet..
Regardless of how much one eats...what is more in the end??

无奈中还是充满着无奈。。。。卢安达人民只能静静地接受命运的安排。。继续过着有一餐每一餐的日子。。。当你们幸福的享受眼前的美食时。。。你们可有想过他们在啃着树皮？？甚至到处寻找一滴水。。。来填饱自己的肚子。。。当你们不想再享受你们的美食时。。可有想过他们或许连盐的咸和糖的甜都不知道。。从现在开始。。。我也会时时刻刻提醒自己。。不再浪费所有天赐给我的恩赐。。让我知道酸甜苦辣是如何的滋味。。。感恩。。。。

自我环保。。。
道理在我们心中不增不减。。。
知识时代的变动。。转动了观念。。。
使得许多人忘记了本分伦理而随波逐流。。。
照成种种心灵灾难。。。
Begin with oneself...
Truth is natural in our hearts...
The only changes overtime are our perceptions....
We drift along,forgetting our roles and ethics...
Causing all kinds of spiritual catastrophes....
